10.1.600 Rest Services Available?

Are the Rest services still available in the 10.1.600 update? One of my software guys saw this was available as a technical preview in 10.1.500, if I updated I of course wanted to go to 10.1.600 but wanted to make sure it was still available in that version.

It is actually official in 600 (no longer preview)

Thanks to all of you that kicked the tires on the functionality and found a few bugs, did not tar and feather us as not being pure Rest-afarians. Feedback received, future plans being hatched. We already have two products to be announced at Insights based on REST and a few more in planning for vNext.
