10.1.400.18 Install error "Could not find file. ‘C:\Epicor\ERP10.1Client\config\ERP101400.sysconfig’ "

What is causing this?

To clarify:

• the install you are trying to complete–is that a client install on a workstation?
• If this is a client install, are you getting this error after the client install after you launch the Epicor shortcut, or during the install of the client itself?

It is a client install on a workstation. We are receiving the error after the client install when we click on the icon to finish the install. We have discovered the User Profile directory on the workstation was hidden. After going to Folder options to display the system folders and unchecking the hidden attribute on the user folder, the install worked correctly.
