Does the user have access to the Server/File Share Epicor is located at?

Thanks, Tyler. No, he doesn’t have.

Is the computer the user is using part of the domain? And did the user log in to the domain or into just that computer?

Hi Calvin, Yes, the computer is a company one and located in our office. it is using part of the domain.

And the user logged into the domain and not to the computer itself?
my computer name is CKRUSEN-WIN7 and our domain is ATIUS.

So I could login as either CKRUSEN-WIN7\ckrusen or ATIUS\ckrusen. Only logging in as the second one would give me access to the domain resources(network drives, shares, etc…) Trying to access domain resources when logged in with the first user, would then prompt me for domain or network credentials.

HEATHUS in the screenshot is a domain name not a compute name.

Can you post a screenshot of the properties of the shortcut they are using?

What happens if the user uses Windows Explorer to go to
\\<appservername>\EpicorData ??

Are you using a mapped drive with different credentials to the user?

afaik, it means the client requires access to \\epi-app01\ERP10.2.400.0Deployment
or the path in your <client folder>\config\ .sysconfig file

<deploymentSettings>
<deploymentServer uri=“\epi-app01\ERP10.2.400.0Deployment” />

windows password expired or user account locked out?

review app server event viewer log.
