Sorry to hijack this a bit, but does 10.2 still allow Crystal reports to be used? I have heard both ways, but haven’t been able to prove it out myself.

What Jose said but new features like Advance Print Routing (APR), auto logo, etc. will only work with SSRS.
As a bit of a throwback, for a few reports we are still using Crystal 8.5 which had compiled and distributed reports with 10.2 at the moment.
Until we can get some of our more complicated reports converted to BAQ reports we will persist with this as Crystal 8.5 worked best when we were using Vantage 6.1.
