Trigger for max inventory

I’m trying to figure out if there is something in Epicor that will trigger/alert me if we are overproducing. I have tested Inventory Max-on-Hand. I’m not seeing that it does anything. Is there another field that I could investigate?

Max on hand will add a message on time phase when over and could trigger
“reduce” suggestions for PO or jobs depending on other settings.

There is a Global Alert - Part on-hand is above maximum - that you can setup or write a BPM.

Thanks Cathy,

At this time we can not send out emails from Epicor. We moved to Office 365 at the beginning of the year, so I am trying to figure out how to get the email functionality to work with Office 365.
