We have a PO 31912 which has 1230 of the 5200 weld rings received into stock but the balance of 4k+ is not showing on this open PO in time phase. Is there a setting that can be updated to make sure any open PO quantities are still showing in time phase even if a partial qty has been received?
Just to clarify this a little more. Your PO# 31912 has a line item on it for a total of 5200 Weld rings of which 1230 have been received.
The PO Line has not been closed?
Check the PO Receipt, and make sure it wasn’t marked “Received Complete”
