Table details not showing in BPM

I have set up a BPM to send an email when a PO exceeds a set amount. I have added a table with data fields. I receive the email - the table header is there but now detail/data fields. What am I doing wrong. The email looks like this:

PO 1032 submitted by 99927D-WUser for $2003200.000 on 7/6/2018 12:00:00 AM has been submitted for approval. Please review and respond

POLine,LineDesc,UnitCost,PartNum,DocExtCost

did you check the boxes to say to show Added and Updated records? (I think that is there in the email version… i know it is when you display a message).
