I think the data dictionary references the values. I don't believe there's
a table out there with the code and description though.

(Customer Ship, Manifest, Billing Type)
But... I can only find codes in the ShipHead tables PayFlag field.
Anybody know where the descriptions are stored?
I made a manual list but... I thought I should be able to pull them from
somewhere.
