I’ve been administering E9 for 10 years now and about to upgrade to E10. I wrote a script for E9 to ensure a smooth reboot process during maintenance. Basically it closed all user session, stopped progress appservers, restated the database server, waited for the DB server to come back online, and rebooted the appserver. I’m looking to replicate that in E10 and wanted to see if it had already been done before so I’m not re-inventing the wheel. If anyone has a similar script, or has pieces of such a script that they’d mind sharing, please post a reply.
