Screen Resolution w/citrix

"Change the windows color scheme to large or extra large fonts.
If you are using win98 also change to large icons. While this
won't affect Vantage it does seem to cut down the complaints."

This seems to be a good solution. Thank you and all for the response.
Change the windows color scheme to large or extra large fonts.
If you are using win98 also change to large icons. While this
won't affect Vantage it does seem to cut down the complaints.

I beg to differ.
Unless there's something different about Citrix, or unless Epicor has
changed their programming standards, if you use large fonts you will end up
losing text on the screen. It may not be readily apparent because sometimes
entire words disappear. We ran into this when we first implemented Vantage
and had a heck of a time figuring out what the problem was.

There's something different about Citrix.

From what I understand of the screen resolution try this. Open up the
Citrix program neighbourhood icon. Highlight your connection ICA client and
right click. Choose connection properties, options tab. In the windows
properties section of this options tab you will see the ability to change
the window size. Try changing it here for each user of Citrix. Hope this
helps.

A majority of our users are using 14-15 in monitors with a screen resolution
of 800x600. With those settings the users are having a problem seeing the
whole vantage screens when they are using citrix. I assume changing the
monitor resolution would work but I am not sure how many users would be
acceptable to a higher resolution (the complaints then would be that they
can't read the screen because it's fonts and such are too small). Does
anyone know of a solution to this. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Rhonda
