Dave,
Not knowing the differences for SC9/Epicor 9, the only suggestions I can
give are based on connection problems I have seen with 8/8 - and not
sure they gave the exact error...
* Check permissions in IIS setup
* Check Service References in Service Connect (maybe re-import
each service)
* Does user/password combination for services in Service Connect
have security to needed areas in Epicor?

Subject: [Vantage] SC9 Webservice configuration help
Hi all,
We have installed SC9/Epicor 9 on a test server in advance of an upgrade
from an older Vantage version.
We plan to use SC (at least initially) for file migrations.
Being new to SC, I have the following error in my test workflows calling
ANY webservice:
SoapException: Unexpected CONNECT request in state-free mode.
It appears to be an authorization error of some kind but cannot find any
information on how to correct my installations settings to get past this
issue.
IIS/SQL and Epicor 9/SC are all on the same server for this pilot.
The Ws-configuration tool was used successfully and IIS has a Scshost
site and EpicorSCPool application pool.
Any advice would be appreciated,
Dave Beberman
