Hello,
we currently have an issue a DMR was processed and it created a negative on the last operation of a job. is in incorrect because the packing labels were the wrong size and we over issued the labels to finish the product but Epicor rejected all the labor and quantity.
How can we reverse the transaction?
any suggestions on a better process?
