Query execution failed for dataset MISCCHARGE

Hi,
We are in public cloud. We had customized our pack slip & sales order in the version 10.2.600 and it was working good.
Recently our pilot got upgraded from 10.2.600.11 to 10.2.700.6. When it got upgraded to version 10.2.700.6 the packslip and Sales Order form is not opening, found the below error in the system monitor.
Kindly advice to solve this.

Program Ice.Services.Lib.RunTask raised an unexpected exception with the following message: RunTask:

Thanks

The EXACT same thing just happened to us. Same reports. Other reports are fine.
I just took the RDL from Live and uploaded it into Pilot.

It concerns me that maybe something significant was deployed in the update package, but I’ve not gone that far yet. I have not raised a Case on it yet.

This is similar to using the infamous ‘Sync Dataset’ option in Report Styles, and in fact when you look into the RDL downloaded from Pilot, you probably see Datasets that you had not included, and certainly many fields that were not in the Datasets compared to your .600 version of the reports. At least that is what we found.

Thanks Michael, i did the same but it did not work for me. Shall i try copying the RDD - Report data definition.

Thanks
Subha

Probably have to just make sure that the RDL is correct. If you open him up and you see things like the CallContext Datasets and other things you maybe do not expect, then something is still not quite right. In my case I added one of those Datasets but not all of them and only certain fields. Then make sure in the RDD that any custom fields you may have added are not suddenly Excluded for some reason.
Admittedly I did not personally correct the PackSlip report, so maybe it had something additional going on but I did correct the SO Form.

For example though, our PackSlip only has 1 field in MiscCharges Dataset, Calc_CurrDesc. Your’s may be different. Working version of PackSlip.Rdl is about 318KB. The “busted” version is over 500KB. Again, your’s may vary but this might give you some more specific ideas on where to look.
