Thanks for all of the replys to my little survey. This is neither me
looking for a raise nor me looking for talent. I just received a raise and
talent in this area is almost non existant. It is more of an exercise to
let my employer know what they are in store for when I am no longer here.
As soon as I have compiled the results of the survey, I will post them.
