All of our users are SSO. We took a computer and put it on our domain, then installed Epicor. Setup the user like every other user, and it gives me the Not setup run around.
What am I missing?
The user record in ERP has the SSO flag set?

Actually, I was an idiot and setup the user in Test (had it open) instead of Live…
