Need to Convert Time Integer to HH:MM in BAQ

I’m converting our reports for Epicor 10 upgrade and my old formulas from Cystal won’t work. I’m creating a BAQ for our time clock data but the times are set as integers. For example, LaborHed.ActualClockInTime is 16.50 but I need it to display as 2:30. I’ve tried multiple formulas with no success!
