Multicompany Report Issue

The following are the steps to resolve the issue

  1. Open AdminConsole.

  2. Select Application & Click on “Task Agent Configuration” button.

  3. Check User id.

  4. Go to below navigation

    System Setup -> Security maintenance -> User Account and Security Maintenance

  5. Enter same user id as in task agent. Add all companies & checked the “Security Manger” checkbox.

  6. Exit from Application.

  7. Re-login & check reports.
