Log in error

We are running 10.2.300.10

I had a user logging in using classic style. Something happened and they got locked up and kicked out. When they try to log back in under classic style they get the following message…

Target Machine activity refused it 10.20.11.211:9401 (7203)

But they can log in fine not using classic view. Any thoughts what this error is?

Just a side note the error (7203)…in previous versions of Epicor I has a cheat sheet that listed error codes and what they probablly meant. Is there one for E10?

is this correct name and port of their app server?

Port is correct but that is not the server IP.

But why would one log in work and not the other.

maybe something is loading dynamically on start, like some Favorite item? they need to find where that IP is coming from.
