We are trying to close jobs and get an error that a labor detail record is either active or has not been approved. Payroll are all done and closed is there a way around this?

Go into the Shop Tracker and there is a place where you can see active resources. You probably have someone who didn’t clock out for the day.

I am sure that will be the issue but can we close the job if payrolls have been done. Can you approve labor after labor has been submitted?

Try running conversions 630 or 660.

What and how do you do the conversion never heard of that.

Search for Conversion Workbench and then select User Run Conversions in the tree list and check the checkbox for either 630 or 660 and then go under Actions > Run Pending Conversions.
