Hello, we have installed Kinetic Warehouse management, in the Material Queue, the selection is a Part and when I scan a Part Number (code-128) nothing happens despite the fact that my reader seems to decode the barcode well, The code bar is readable for example in the Part Tracker.

I use to have this, you need configure a Profile in DataWegde please reffer to EpicorMfgWirelessWarehouse _InstallGuide.pdf on epicweb.

I tried this but now when I scan in Part Tracker nothing fits in the field ?

I don’t know if is your case but, I disable de increment counter in Settings too
