I found this today and think it’s pretty interesting. The only downside, I feel, is that once you add the companies to the groups, you are no longer required to enter login credentials. Is this how it is supposed to work or do I need to do something different?
if you have marked an application as a favorite, then it will open that screen. If you are still logged in, then it will not have you log in again. This is how the security works. If you don’t want someone to access your data on your computer you need to log out… note that the same happens for other web applications as well… Amazon, X.com (formerly twitter), Facebook… etc… Even banking applications will do this (although they have a very quick <less than 15 minutes> auto logoff policy)…
BEST practice is to log off the application when you are done.

I log out everyone every night via a scheduled Flow. Bwahahahaha.
