How to set a customized layout as the default for every user?

Hi all,

We added a column in Invoice grid in AP invoice entry, and want to set this customized layout as the default for every user. Could someone please tell me how to do it?

I tried to open the invoice entry with the customized layout and chose “Save layouts”; however, next time when I open this form, it is still the original Epicor layout instead of the customized one.

Try removing personalizations. Try it first by opening the customized form (not in developer mode) and select Reset layouts to Base (or something like that)
