We are looking to find the easiest/most cost effective way to import POs into Epicor from our Big Commerce store, and ideally be able to export tracking information later to send back to Big Commerce.
We have our Big Commerce store set up and we receive dozens of orders daily, but we manually type in the details of orders from Big Commerce into Epicor Order Entry, and manually update tracking information in Big Commerce by copying/pasting tracking numbers from Order Tracker.
We would like to eliminate as much of this hassle as possible.
We use True Commerce EDI for other ecommerce transactions, but we are trying to migrate away from them and other services that ding you $ per transaction.
What solutions have any of you heard of or personally used yourself?
