Generate PCID is grey

Hi,

I am trying to generate a PCID in either ENd activity or Report quantity and the box is greyed out. But sometimes it is available.

Can somebody help me out?

In Site Configuration - Under AMM - Package Control - Do you have it ENABLED?

Are you Make to Stock or Make Direct? Just Curious…
Go to your Job Entry. Look at the Assemblies - Schedule Factors- Do you have Auto Receive turned on? - If so - Turn it off.
