Externl payroll integration

We are trying to set up external payroll integration and there is an issue.

Whenever a person has any activity the system is ignoring the pay hours.

I’ve looked at everything I can think of.

Anybody have any ideas? I keep leaning towards set up but …

Are those hours set up as Payroll hours? (in the LaborHead)?

Is this screen populated? We have had the same problem, and this was the root cause most of the time. Payroll Employee Maintenance

Yes it is. Everything is completed except the SSN.

When you use the Generate Hours command, what are you seeing? Are there any records?

I am getting records.

My problem is that when a person starts and ends activity in MES those are the hours used. That same person was on idle time.

That is curious. The system should be looking at the attendance hours and not the labor hours.
