Error for one user sometimes

We clear the cache and delete personalization and with any luck it works again. Any update on this issue?

How are you clearing the cache? If you are just using the button from within Epicor it’s doesn’t always do enough.

This is an old topic, but I realized that I have found and been using a workaround that works every time and I wanted it documented in here. The cache files are found in C:\ProgramData\Epicor\epicor10-1-808\3.1.600.0\RAPAT\CustomDLLs and C:\ProgramData\Epicor\epicor10-1-808\3.1.600.0\RAPAT\shared\CustomDLLs.
