I’m getting login issues too - doesn’t recognize my email. I tried registering again, no change. Checked the computer settings, and everything passed.
So efinately not a regional thing…
I did press on the Help login
and it sends an email to EventSupport@inxpo.com
No news yet…
I wander if Epicor is aware of the issue?
I tried:
another PC\laptop
connecting to our DMZ
different browsers
so I don’t know. I did submit a support ticket and also tried the link directly from the calendar invite but no dice.
Ok now it worked… just got a reply from Event support…
I guess anyone who is not login in click on the help… they will do someting about it…

Yes, I clicked on the “Login Help” link and emailed them. It’s been 45 minutes and nothing yet.
I have but haven’t gotten a response. I’ve never had issue with this before.
