We do this, for a non-ADP payroll service. We made an .asp script used
by the payroll clerk that both generates a report and the upload file in
the required format. He runs the report & reviews, corrects any
problems in Labor Entry, re-runs until happy, then sends that file to
our payroll service. (This was created years ago for Vantage 6.1,
probably better technical methods now). We do not have the payroll
module or purchase any special software, this is homegrown code.
Business process gotchas:
Epicor becomes your master time system, so review who has access to
Labor Entry & your procedures. Epicor tracks the actual clock in time
vs the adjusted time, but you might need more tracking of changes.
If you clock people in for vacation/holidays so they get paid, those
days need to be excluded from production efficiency etc reports.
Brian.

Payroll
ADP is a payroll service. We would need to export a file from Epicor is
a
format that could then be sent to ADP.
