Charlie,
Thanks, you were spot on, the invoice does show under the customer.
This user has a history of restarting their computer when it’s running slow even though they are posting, running a windows update, etc….
Oh the fun.

If the invoice did not have a line item, it would not have referenced the packing slip and therefore that packing slip should not say invoiced. Verify that the packing slip has truly not been invoiced using the customer shipment tracker.
If the invoice is deleted, the packing slip should show was shipped as shipped (or closed) but not invoiced. And you should be able to invoice it again. Look at the get invoices and review the packers that are ready to be invoiced. If that packer is truly not invoiced and is ready, it should show up there.

My shipping person.
When posting invoices said they hung up.
When I printed the Invoice Edit list SYSTEM MONITOR gave an error.
The error was an Invoice did not have a Line Item.
We deleted the Invoice so:
Can I somehow change the Packing Slip from “Invoiced” to “Ready to Invoice”
