We are on 10.1.600.11 and not getting labor / burden costs on many of our jobs. This situation is different then what we had prior. Epicor thought at first it’s because clock in / out times were less than a minute on the job (these are all quantity only). I see transactions with the same start/end time getting costs. The $0 records all have earned hours, but then $0 for labor and burden rates. The jobs all have valid rates. Epicor is unable to reproduce and development hasn’t seen this before.
I’d like to know if anyone on this post was able to solve their issue without customizing (e.g. fixed with a patch, had field level security on rates and cleared that, etc.)
