I think this might be your issue, as you’re hitting Server-side errors. Kinetic 2024.1 does use .NET Framework 4.8 on the client side , but on the server side, it runs on .NET 8.0.
The relationship between customer-facing versions and internal platform releases can be unclear, especially with the UX Platform, which is used by various applications (e.g., Prophet, BizTrack).
When a problem is fixed in a specific UX version, the table below helps clarify which Kinetic/ERP version is associated with it.
