On the BAQ Report Form from the Toolbar - Tools, Options. Is the Form Set for “Memory Cache”?

If so, turn that off…

Good thought…however, it is not set to Memory Cache.

So this is really weird…but I went back to the thread I referenced and tried the InitializeCustomCode() method…which I definitely tried before and it didn’t work. Works without a hitch now.
