Crystal Reports for E10.1.500- Preview not available

It’s been a couple of years since I had to do this. So my memory is a little fuzzy. Take a look at my comments on this post and see if you can follow the steps that I went through. Let me know if something is vague or confusing.

Crystal Reports Setup on New 10.1.400

Create a new custom folder on your server at C:\inetpub\wwwroot\yourEnvironment\Server\reports. You will find a CustomerReports directory already in place, but for reasons I can’t explain, that particular directory doesn’t work. Create a folder, something like CustCrystalRpt and copy all of your crystal reports into this directory. Next, update all your Report Styles. You may have to fix/tweak the Report Data Definitions.
