We have a new employee and I would like her to have the same favorites as the person she is replacing. Is there a way to copy favorites, or export and import them from one user to another?
Have you used Layouts in the Modern and Active Desktops? You can create a layout for this very purpose so a new person gets the layout for that particular function and you’re good to go.
Others may know a way to copy favorites but you could save the desktop as a layout and then assign it to the new person.
