Capable To Promise

Poke around in the help and see if there is a way to log what CTP is doing like MRP does. It shouldn’t stop you from driving below safety agreed that would be out of character.

@Bray.Christopher
Just curious if you have reviewed the Epicor Help Calculation Logic for CTP:
Understanding the CTP Calculations Logic – Kinetic 2021.2 (zendesk.com)
I’m pretty sure most of this has been the same for quite some time.

Take note of Part Lead Time check box in Site Configuration Control as it can have a significate affect on the date that is proposed.

@Rick_Bird

How do I find those calcs.

The link tells me “Please access Epicor documentation from the Help menu in your Epicor application.”

Search for ‘Calculation Logic for CTP’ in the Epicor Help Search:
From your Epicor Kinetic Homepage select the question mark icon on the left bar towards the bottom and then search for ‘Calculation Logic for CTP’

I have noticed Epicor will want to satify getting safety or Min levels back to what they are set and will prioritise doing that before any other demand in the system including JOB and Sales order demand
