Tested it out with a user in our sales team and it still wasn’t working 100% right all the time. So for an unrelated issue, I stumbled on this post - Right-Click Questions - Kinetic ERP - Epicor User Help Forum (epiusers.help)

I changed my menu to Kinetic for all of Quote Entry/Tracker and not user choice or classic and that allows the normal right-click to work as intended. Control does nothing or the same as the right-click now.

Further update I changed it back to user choice and the change stuck including for menu items I didn’t touch so across Production and Pilot… ya just wanted to mention this!

p.s. I’ll update if it doesn’t stick or break (well, my users will let me know)
