I have a BPM that is working except for when an RTP is rejected. If it is rejected we get an error that it can’t send the email (which makes sense the way I have it set up). How can I shut off emails for rejected RTPs? What I have now let’s you reject the RTP but then it sends another email to you saying the RTP is waiting for you to process.
