This has probably been discussed before but, we want to look at BOL
entry as an efficiency booster for shipping. (we are on 4.0 hoping to go
to 5.0 shortly) First thing I notice is that Packaging Classification -
which you need to set up - does not come through to the dbf - making the
Crystal report basically useless. Not sure why a vital piece of
information would not be there. How has anyone gotten around this
problem ? Would appreciate anyone's input.

This was changed and corrected in the 5.0 version. However, in the short
term, you could consider using a VBForm field to enter your package
classifications until you changeover to version 5.0. All VBForm fields are
available in the Crystal Report.

Does anyone have a Bill of Lading report (in crystal reports) that
includes info such as the description of the items being shipped?
The company I am trying to edit the original report for wants this
information as well as the billing address (for them it is usually
different than the shipping address. Any help or info would be
greatly appreciated.
