The customer is always right. You may want to add additional fields to your
Packing Slip in VBForms for any additional shipping information such as
container type, classification, etc... so it looks like the BOL and PS
together like you described. Using crystal you could then add IF STATEMENTS
such as if it is this cosmetic customer print the title "Bill of Lading"
otherwise print "Packing Slip". Plan B might be to use REPORT BUILDER to
design a BOL form to print using Packing Slip information. Hope this helps
