Application Error and General Ledger Report print preview in PDF format only

A user got the following application error when open General Ledger Report. and the report can only be print preview in PDF format even another format CSV or Excel format is chosen. Anyone has this experience and please help. Thanks.

Have the user select Remove Defaults on the GL Report form.

Thank you, Clavin. Yes, I did remove the defaults on the GL Report form. It would not work. How can we get back to the default Layout of the General Ledger Report form?

Is it just for that user, or do all users experience the same issue?
