APM Issues

We are in the process of going from APM to APR and our APM just went down. We are getting the error

Processing of batch 240471 failed with the following error: -2147220975 - The message could not be sent to the SMTP server. The transport error code was 0x800ccc67. The server response was 421 4.3.2 Service not available

We have adjusted our outlook server and nothing is working. Ideas anyone?

Receive Connector Issue more than likely, try restarting the Frontend Transport service on your outlook server.

Also, not sure what adjustments you have made but you have to have the IP of the server that has APM installed on it under your receive connectors in the exchange admin center.
