Anyone have principles used to ensure top-quality development in Kinetic?

You better show me that

For every customer that I work with I have a “Smart Sheet” that tracks from the request to deployment.
I place a form on the Menu that any user can click to report an issue or need.
The next morning, my team of consultants and the customer’s key Epicorians, receive an email with the request.
The task is a assigned, clarified with the user, and the status is maintained.
As the development is done, the task will have attachments, comments, etc.

For larger projects - implementing a new module or upgrade, we may create a project placed in another SmartSheet.

Yes, this is good. I’ve often tried to act like a consultant. One or two employees here get it, and encapsulate everything they do in a finite issue or story with a clear definition and end. Pretty rare though.

I’ve got a smartsheet listing all of our quote-to-cash user processes, and supposedly we use that for testing, but in reality now that I’m trying to clone myself it’s bare ever opened. People tend to agree with training and then go back to whatever they normally do.

Try using the implementation checklist for testing.
You can have it prepopulated with the processes you need to test.
The links in the list will launch the application and after testing, you can enter in a status.

You mean set one up? Or is that an epicweb tool?

I started a new topic on using the implementation checklist
