10.2.5 Method Tracker Calling Engineering Workbench

Hi,

I have an old problem where ‘Method Tracker’ is opening the engineering workbench on 10.2.5

I have checked the argument section on the menu and it set to ‘-formName BOMTrackerForm’.

I have also checked on the Demo database and the argument is the same.

I’ve cleared caches, recycled app pools, but just can seem to get it fire.

I can invoke ‘Method Tracker’ from ‘Open With’ on Part Revision.

Has anyone else encountered this and hopefully solved it?

What version are you on, as this was working fine on 10.1.6?

On 10.2.300.

You don’t have more than 1 instance of Method Tracker on the menu, and the argument is missing from 1 of them?

I do have a number of occurrences, but each one is the same

I’ll raise a call with Epicor and report back.

I Upgraded to 10.2.500.5 and it is now working.
